This group of Directors work alongside our CEO to ensure that our regulatory requirements are met and that we have the correct people on our Board, ensuring a wide array of skills, diversity and expertise across various sectors and demographics. This committee is responsible for the selection and onboarding of new Directors and to ensure smooth transitions between Directors and Chairs as required.
