Finance and Risk Committee

This Committee is formed of Earthwatch Directors, providing strategic oversight of the organisation’s financial sustainability, risk management and future growth. The Committee reviews financial performance, forecasts and key organisational risks, helping to identify opportunities, mitigate potential challenges and support informed decision-making, in alignment with strategic direction. 

Working closely with the CEO and COO, this Committee provides insight and guidance to strengthen financial resilience, manage risk effectively and position the organisation for long-term sustainability and success.
