This group (of both Directors and external professionals) provides support in reviewing and mitigating risks to our organisation, alongside highlighting growth opportunities. They are responsible for the ongoing analysis and forecasting of our finances to future proof our financial sustainability and success. They work closely with our CEO and COO.
