Program Coordinator (Wetlands, Coastal & Marine Environments)
Lucía is the Program Coordinator for Wetland, Coastal and Marine environments. Her fascination with the underwater world led her to pursue an MSc in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation and become a SCUBA diving instructor. This combination of skills has enabled her to travel around the world and contribute to various scientific projects involving mangrove forests, coral reefs, sea turtles, manta rays and sharks. She is thrilled to further develop her skills in this role by translating scientific discoveries into engaging content for the general public.
