Michelle Tripp

Head of Education Partnerships

Michelle is Head of Education at Earthwatch and oversees the Kids Teaching Kids program in which students raise awareness and drive action on environmental outcomes through peer teaching workshops. She has several years experience managing and facilitating youth development and outdoor education programs in the United States, South Africa and across Australia.

Young at heart, she is known to break out a goofy camp song or skit when visiting primary schools. Before Michelle found a love for education, she gained a Bachelor in Media and was a corporate event director. She feels incredibly fortunate to have found a role at Earthwatch that enables her to fuse her experiences and support community events that inspire leadership, social conscience and resilience in young people.
